这是刻意的设计：纯正番茄工作法里，只有完整走完的番茄才算数。重置、跳过的番茄不进入任何记录，数字里没有水分。 By design: in the orthodox pomodoro technique, only a fully completed pomodoro counts. Reset or skipped ones never enter your records — the numbers stay honest.

任务清单只属于今天，第二天自动清空重来——不堆积待办，只面对眼前。昨天做过什么，去「历史」里翻回那一天就能看到当天的任务与时间线。 The task list belongs to today only; tomorrow it starts clean — no backlog, just what's in front of you. To revisit yesterday, open History and scroll back to that day's tasks and timeline.

每完成 4 个番茄（可在设置中调整为 2–8 个），下一次休息升级为 15 分钟长休息。周期只属于今天，跨天重数；中断 / 跳过的番茄不计入周期；跳过长休息也不赖账，下一轮重新数。 Every 4 completed pomodoros (adjustable to 2–8 in Settings), the next break upgrades to a 15-minute long break. The cycle belongs to the current day and resets across days; interrupted or skipped pomodoros don't count toward it.

挡住内容：直接拖走即可，位置会记住；或右键玻璃选「隐藏」。找回：菜单栏 Rime 图标 → 「显示悬浮计时器」。隐藏悬浮盘且开启静音时，菜单栏图标就是唯一的表盘——专注中会显示剩余时间。 In the way? Just drag it — the position is remembered — or right-click the glass and choose Hide. To bring it back: menu bar Rime icon → “Show Floating Timer.” With the disc hidden, the menu bar becomes the only dial and shows time remaining while you focus.

设置（⌘,）或菜单栏里打开「开机自启」。如果系统拒绝了注册，设置页会显示失败说明；也可以到 macOS 系统设置 → 通用 → 登录项 里确认 Rime 的状态。 Turn on “Launch at Login” in Settings (⌘,) or from the menu bar. If the system rejects the registration, Settings shows a visible note; you can also check Rime under macOS System Settings → General → Login Items.

可以，这是 Rime Pro 功能。设置里专注 / 休息 / 长休息各有一把刻度尺，拖动调整、松手吸附；长休息间隔可在每 2–8 个番茄间选择。正在进行的番茄不受影响，下一个生效。 Yes — it's a Rime Pro feature. In Settings, focus, break, and long break each get a ruler: drag to adjust, release to snap. The long-break interval can be set between every 2–8 pomodoros. The running pomodoro is never affected; changes apply from the next one.

在设置中开启 iCloud 同步（需要 Mac 已登录 iCloud）。记录会同步到你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库，换新 Mac 登录同一 Apple 账户即可找回；每台设备都可以单独关闭或重新开启。Turn on iCloud sync in Settings (your Mac must be signed in to iCloud). Records sync to your own private iCloud database; sign in with the same Apple Account on a new Mac to get them back. Each device can opt out or back in independently.

如果两台设备暂时不一致：确认两端都开启了同步且网络可用，然后把 app 切到前台或打开「待办与记录」——回前台会触发一次补刷新。可靠的同步状态以设置页的显示为准。If two devices look out of sync: make sure sync is on and the network is up on both, then bring the app to the foreground or open Tasks & History — foregrounding triggers a refresh. The reliable sync status is the one shown in Settings.

设置里可以随时把全部记录导出为 JSON 文件——看得见，带得走。当前版本不支持从 JSON 导入恢复；跨设备恢复请使用 iCloud 同步。 You can export all records as a JSON file from Settings anytime — visible, portable. The current version does not import from JSON; to restore across devices, use iCloud sync.

设置里的「清除全部数据」会清空本机的任务、历史与当前计时；开启 iCloud 时也会同步清除 iCloud 私有数据库中的记录，其他设备随同步陆续清空。此操作不可撤销，建议先导出 JSON 备份。 “Erase All Data” in Settings clears local tasks, history, and the current timer; with iCloud on, it also erases the records in your private iCloud database, and other devices clear as they sync. This cannot be undone — consider exporting a JSON backup first.

菜单栏「Rime Pro…」；或设置（⌘,）→ Rime Pro → 解锁全部；或直接点「本周 / 历史」标签上的锁。 Menu bar → “Rime Pro…”; or Settings (⌘,) → Rime Pro → Unlock everything; or click the lock on the Week / History tabs.

用购买时的同一 Apple 账户登录 App Store，打开 Paywall，点底部的「恢复购买」。订阅与终身买断都能恢复。如果没有反应，请确认登录的 Apple 账户无误后再试一次。 Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you purchased with, open the paywall, and tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom. Both subscriptions and the lifetime unlock can be restored. If nothing happens, double-check the account and try again.

订阅由 Apple 管理：打开 App Store 账户的订阅页面（或 App Store → 你的头像 → 账户设置 → 订阅），随时取消，当期结束后不再续订。 Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open your App Store subscriptions page (or App Store → your avatar → Account Settings → Subscriptions) and cancel anytime; it simply won't renew after the current period.

App Store 的购买退款由 Apple 受理：访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，登录后对相应购买项发起退款申请。 Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and file a request for the purchase.
