我们收集哪些数据What we collect

不收集。Rime 在 App Store 的隐私标签为「未收集数据」（Data Not Collected）。应用不要求注册账号，不连接开发者运营的任何服务器，也不内置任何第三方分析、崩溃上报、广告或追踪 SDK。 Nothing. Rime's App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.” The app requires no account, connects to no developer-operated servers, and contains no third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

你的记录存放在哪里Where your records live

你的任务、番茄记录与设置以数据库形式存放在你的 Mac 本机（应用运行在 App Sandbox 中）。这是唯一的持久化存储，除下述 iCloud 同步外，数据不会离开你的设备。 Your tasks, pomodoro records, and settings are stored in a database on your Mac (the app runs inside the App Sandbox). This is the only persistent store; apart from the optional iCloud sync described below, your data never leaves your device.

iCloud 同步（可选）iCloud sync (optional)

• 开启 iCloud 后，记录通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 同步到你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库，用于在你的多台设备之间保持一致。With iCloud on, records sync through Apple's CloudKit into your own private iCloud database, keeping your devices consistent.
• 这个数据库属于你的 Apple 账户。开发者没有同步服务器，也无法读取、访问其中的任何内容。That database belongs to your Apple Account. The developer operates no sync server and cannot read or access anything in it.
• iCloud 同步可以在设置中按设备随时关闭或重新开启。iCloud sync can be turned off or back on per device, anytime, in Settings.
• iCloud 中的数据同时受 Apple 的 隐私政策 与 iCloud 条款约束。Data in iCloud is also governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and the iCloud terms.

内购与付款Purchases

Rime Pro（月度 / 年度订阅与终身买断）完全经由 Apple 的 App Store（StoreKit）完成。付款信息由 Apple 处理，我们不会接触你的任何支付资料；解锁状态来自设备上的 StoreKit 交易凭证，不经过任何第三方。订阅管理与退款均在 Apple 的系统内进行。 Rime Pro (monthly / yearly subscriptions and the lifetime unlock) is handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Payment details are processed by Apple; we never see them. Unlock status comes from the StoreKit entitlement on your device and passes through no third party. Subscription management and refunds happen inside Apple's systems.

数据导出与删除Export & deletion

• 你可以随时在设置中把记录导出为 JSON 文件。导出完全由你主动发起，文件只保存在你选择的位置。You can export your records as a JSON file from Settings at any time. Exports are entirely user-initiated, and the file is saved only where you choose.
• 设置中的「清除全部数据」会删除本机记录；开启 iCloud 时，同时同步清除 iCloud 私有数据库中的记录。“Erase All Data” in Settings deletes local records — and, when iCloud is on, also erases the records in your private iCloud database.
• 卸载应用即可移除本机数据。Uninstalling the app removes its local data.

反馈邮件Feedback email

当你主动使用 app 内的「发送反馈…」时，邮件正文会预填应用版本、系统版本、语言、iCloud 与计时状态以及诊断日志末尾几行，帮助我们定位问题。这些信息在邮件中完全可见、可自行删改，是否发送由你决定。反馈发送至 lvpao@icloud.com，仅用于回复与解决你的问题。 When you use “Send Feedback…” inside the app, the email body is pre-filled with the app version, OS version, language, iCloud/timer state, and the tail of the diagnostic log to help us investigate. Everything is visible in the email, editable or deletable by you, and nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. Feedback goes to lvpao@icloud.com and is used only to reply to you and fix the issue.

Apple 隐私清单中的 API 声明Apple privacy-manifest API declarations

按照 Apple 的要求，Rime 的隐私清单（Privacy Manifest）声明了两类「需说明理由的系统 API」：UserDefaults（理由 CA92.1，用于保存应用自身设置）与文件时间戳（理由 C617.1，用于按天组织记录文件）。这是对系统 API 用途的合规说明，不涉及、也不构成任何数据收集。 As Apple requires, Rime's Privacy Manifest declares two “required-reason” system APIs: UserDefaults (reason CA92.1, for storing the app's own settings) and file timestamps (reason C617.1, for organizing per-day record files). These declarations describe system-API usage for compliance; they do not involve or constitute data collection.

儿童隐私Children's privacy

Rime 的 App Store 年龄分级为 4+。由于应用不收集任何数据，也不会收集来自儿童的任何信息。 Rime is rated 4+ on the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no information from children either.

政策变更Changes to this policy

如果本政策发生实质变化（例如未来版本引入新的可选功能），我们会更新本页面并调整顶部的生效日期。继续使用应用即表示你已了解更新后的政策。 If this policy changes materially (for example, if a future version introduces a new optional feature), we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the app means you have seen the updated policy.
